• Support fellow members.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Comply with the S.T.A.R. Framework.
• Follow all policies and procedures issued by Wings World Wide.

8. Code of Ethics

Members shall:

• Honour commitments.
• Respect confidentiality.
• Avoid misleading or deceptive practices.
• Maintain professionalism.
• Treat fellow members with courtesy and respect.
• Protect the reputation of Wings World Wide.

Violation of the Code of Ethics may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of membership.

9. Attendance and Participation

Members are expected to actively participate in chapter meetings and networking activities.

Repeated absence, lack of participation, or failure to engage in chapter activities may result in a review of membership status in accordance with Wings World Wide policies.

10. Performance Promise

Where applicable, Wings World Wide may offer a Performance Promise for eligible members.

The Performance Promise is subject to specific eligibility criteria, including active participation, compliance with membership obligations, and fulfilment of engagement requirements.

The Performance Promise guarantees access to structured networking opportunities and referral systems. It does not guarantee business revenue, sales, contracts, profits, or commercial success.

11. Payments

Membership fees, renewal fees, event registrations, licensing fees, and other charges must be paid in accordance with the payment terms communicated by Wings World Wide.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services or membership.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be governed exclusively by the Wings World Wide Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the official website.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available through Wings World Wide, including but not limited to:

• Commercial outcomes from referrals

Members are solely responsible for their own business decisions and dealings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wings World Wide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services.

16. Member-to-Member Transactions

Business transactions between members are private agreements between the parties involved.

17. Suspension and Termination
